Six stages, twelve asset classes, two sets of plays. Six rungs of trust, three gates, and a Bell that closes every play. Here is the whole mechanism, in order.
From the first page you see to the moment a collaboration closes. Nothing here is inferred and nothing advances on its own.
The Asset Map is what you actually hold, sorted into twelve fixed classes. Every play in the Club is keyed to them, so a match is made against what you have, not what you say you have.
Your own asset. No other party required, so it works in an empty room. Five shapes, one per wish:
Revenue from an existing product · revenue from a new product · an affiliate product · nurture · re-engagement.
This is what a member can run on the day they join, before anything has matched.
A trade: someone else's asset and yours. Three shapes:
Scale Bomb — at a fellow member. Scale Strike — at one named outsider. Scale Scatter — across the pool.
Strike and Scatter reach outside the Club and are available from Expert.
The first acknowledgement. Low commitment, real signal.
One party puts their name behind the other.
Terms are agreed and the play is formalised.
The two assets are combined and run together.
A shared commercial undertaking, beyond a single play.
The deepest rung. Long-term, structural, and rare.
Every play names the rung it needs. You never have to go further than you want, and you can stop at any point without explaining.
Running, with a driver and a task list.
Further matches moving behind it.
At least one play taken to a named outsider.
