Core two

Collaborations die in inboxes.
This one has a driver, a task list and a Bell.

The Collaboration Club is a room of people whose assets face yours. Interview once. Get an Asset Map of what you actually hold. Every play runs to a finish — or shows you exactly where it stopped.

The problem

The dead yes.

Somebody says yes. You both mean it. Nothing happens.

Not because either of you is unreliable — because there is no driver, no task list and no line that closes it. The yes decays quietly in an inbox, and both parties walk away with a slightly lower opinion of the other.

The Club exists to remove that failure mode. Every play names its driver, carries its tasks, and ends at a Bell. If it stalls, you can see exactly where.

The journey

Six stages, start to finish.

The same path for every member, at every tier.

The Asset Map

Twelve classes. What you actually hold.

Your Asset Map is built in the interview and you approve it before anything is visible. Every play in the Club is keyed to these twelve classes.

The permission rule. Sizes publish only with your permission, item by item, and the default is no. No quantity, list size or engagement figure reaches your page without it. Boundaries are never shown, to anyone, at any tier.
The plays

Two sets. Capitalise and Collaborate.

Capitalise — your own asset

No other party required. It works in an empty room, which is the point: the moment you join and nothing has matched yet, this is what you can run today.

Five shapes, one per wish — revenue from an existing product, revenue from a new product, an affiliate product, nurture, and re-engagement.

Collaborate — a trade

Someone else's asset and yours. Scale Bomb runs at a fellow member. Scale Strike runs at one named outsider. Scale Scatter runs across the pool.

Strike and Scatter sit inside Collaborate, and they reach outside the Club. They are available from Expert.

Trust

Six rungs. Three gates.

The ladder is Handshake · Vouch · Deal · Fuse · Venture · Union. The three gates are Proof · Terms · Bell, in that order.

Every play names the rung it needs. You never have to go further than you want, and you can stop at any point without explaining.

A gate passes only when a person taps it. Nothing infers a gate and no play advances on its own.
Your first 30 days

Three outcomes by day thirty.

One collaboration working

Not promised, not projected — actually running, with a driver and a task list.

A pipeline in progress

Further collaborations matched and moving, so the first one is not a fluke.

One reach outside the Club

You have taken at least one play to a named outsider. That is the skill the room is for.

The joining fee buys a hand-held 30-day onboarding programme, in which somebody helps you fill everything in. The first onboarding is Hanif onboarding the room on 22 October.

Fit

Who it is for, and who it is not.

It is for you if

You have something real to trade — an audience, a product, a capability, a relationship, capital. You are willing to be matched on what you actually hold rather than what you would like to hold. And you would rather have one collaboration that completes than ten that sound promising.

It is not for you if

You are looking for leads to buy, or a directory of names to message. You want to keep your numbers private from everyone including your matches — which is allowed, but it limits what can be matched. Or you want a course rather than a room.

In your tier

The Club, at every level.

Entry and Expert receive Club access at Entry level. Elite receives it at Expert level. Highest receives it at Elite level. Every tier gets the interview, the Asset Map and the room.

Questions

What people ask first.

What if I have nothing to trade yet?
Then you start with Capitalise. Capitalise plays work on your own asset and need nobody else in the room, so the moment you join and nothing has matched yet, you still have something to run today.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The subscription is monthly and cancels at the end of the period you have paid for. Your joining fee covers onboarding and is not refunded once the programme has started. Full detail sits in the refund policy.
Who can see my numbers?
By default, nobody. Joining covers publishing your page and listing which assets you hold. It does not cover how big they are. No quantity, list size or engagement figure reaches your page without your recorded permission, item by item. Where permission is absent, the tag shows the class and the asset name with no number at all. Boundaries are never shown, to anyone, at any tier.
What is a Scale Bomb?
A collaborate play aimed at a fellow member. It pairs their asset with yours inside the Club.
What is the Bell?
The Bell is what closes a play and marks the win. It records what the collaboration produced and what it did to the asset, and it is a public line under Proven. It is also what earns Certified.
What is Certified, and can I buy it?
Certified is earned at your first Bell. It cannot be bought at any tier, by any code, by anyone. The same rule applies to every badge: earned, never bought, and never a gate.
Do I need to be at Mastermind level?
No. Entry is the front door and it is open to everyone. Mastermind sits at the Elite and Highest levels, and it is a different room, not a requirement for the Club.
What is the 10-minute call?
A short call booked from inside a proposal, once a match has been put to you. It is how a match becomes a conversation. It comes with a calendar invite.
What does the marketplace cost?
Ten per cent from the total. Stripe fees come out of the total, not out of the ten per cent.
What if a collaboration fails?
Plays stall. When one does, the driver and the task list show exactly where it stopped, so it is a known position rather than a dead end. Nothing advances on its own and no gate is inferred.
How long does the interview take?
It is nine steps, and it ends with an Asset Map you approve before anything is visible. The 30-day onboarding programme exists precisely so that somebody helps you complete it.
What do I need to connect?
Nothing technical to join. The interview is the setup. If you want the Verified badge, insurance is asked at interview step 9 and verified through Insurance Desk. It is optional and it never blocks joining.
